Keep 'Em Wet Idaho

A recent photograph published in the Spokane Review of an angler holding a wild steelhead out of the water on the Clearwater River has provoked a number of reactions -- from congratulations to jeers. While NFS agrees that people shouldn't "vilify anglers" who remove wild fish from the water (I've certainly done it, most people don't know better and the practice is currently legal in Idaho) the Idaho Department of Fish and Wildlife's defense for allowing this practice looks to be wearing thin.
