There’s no better way to experience the beauty of Puget Sound than aboard your very own yacht. But if you don’t have your own, we’ve got you covered. Those of you attending the NFS Homewaters Banquet & Auction will have a chance to bid on a Puget Sound cruise aboard the M.V. Sasquatch. The 38-foot Grand Banks trawler belongs to Tom Sims, owner and brewer at Sasquatch Brewery, who has generously donated three days and two nights aboard his seaworthy and stylish vessel.

The the winning bidder can choose to set sail from the east side of the Sound, in Seattle, or the west, in Port Townsend. After you drop your bags in the Sasquatch’s stateroom, which comes with a private bathroom, the itinerary is yours to set. You can look for orcas in Hale Passage, or seek our sheltered coves to explore by kayak. Tom can drop you ashore to wander small islands, or you can simply kick your feet up on deck and take in the sights. Whatever you do, it’s up to you. Only one thing is sure: there is not shortage of ways to pass the days on Puget Sound.

The cruise includes includes all meals and beverages while you’re aboard the Sasquatch. And, we shouldn’t forget to mention that your captain knows his way around a beverage. Tom has been making beer and cider drinkers very happy is the owner and brewery of both Sasquatch Brewery and New West Cider.

Good food, great beer, and a private cruise through one of the most beautiful places on earth. And it’s all in the name of wild, native fish. What more could you ask for?
